• 仿生材料

     


    仿生材料是指模仿生物的各種特點或特性而研製開發的人工合成材料。受自然界中各種性能優異的生物材料的啟發🚹,本課題組致力於仿生礦化、仿生皮膚🏀、仿生黏附和肌肉仿生等領域的研究工作,試圖開發出足以媲美甚至超越生物材料性能的新材料。



    比如🗯,我們模仿透明蝦殼的結構組成(無定型碳酸鈣+幾丁質+蛋白質)👂🏻,利用聚丙烯酸交聯極小的無定型碳酸鈣納米粒子,製備出了一類新型的具有可塑性、可自修復性⚉、可拉伸性的礦物水凝膠。該水凝膠幹燥後形成連續透明的堅硬塊體材料,而將之浸入水中🧔🏻‍♂️🤘🏼,又可恢復至水凝膠的狀態🔩。因其具有類似傳統塑料的可反復加工的性質⚅,這一材料又被我們稱為“礦物塑料”(Mineral Plastics)[1]。



    我們進一步調節該礦物水凝膠的粘彈性🍈,並利用其離子傳導特性,將此礦物水凝膠應用於仿生離子皮膚的構築,獲得了可自修復並自適應物體表面形狀的高靈敏人工皮膚[2]。
